CCA Council

In the CCAC, we're a team of 10 elected CCA leaders aiming to serve the CCA fraternity and build a robust CCA culture within Hwa Chong! Mentored by 3 teachers, we strive to lead CCA leaders in maximising the potential of each individual CCA and, on a larger scale, the entire CCA community in Hwa Chong. We anchor ourselves on understanding needs and stimulating reflection and action amongst leaders, and contribute to directing CCA policies. During our regular meetings, we discuss ways to better engage our leaders and the CCA population as a whole, enabling CCA leaders to truly make a difference in their CCA, and the experiences of their members. We also organise key events such as CCA Leaders Camp, the CCA Fair, and CCA Appraisals, amongst others.

The focus of our short 1 year term will be connecting CCAC closer to the ground and enhancing the CCA experience for everyone, through increasing conversations and collaborations between CCA leaders, as well as inter-CCA events like CCA Appreciation Week, CCA Leaders & EXCO Workshops etc.

 

Guided by our passion in our individual CCAs, we strive to build a vibrant and active CCA community in Hwa Chong!
