Waterpolo

About Waterpolo

Waterpolo is a competitive team sport played  between two teams and consists of four quarters. The teams attempt to score goals by throwing the ball into the opposing team's goal.

Unlike land-based sports, waterpolo requires a variety of unconventional skills: treadwater, swimming heads up, single-handed passing and shooting of the ball, adapting and applying strategies taught.

Waterpolo develops us physically, and mentally. Its fast-paced nature teaches us to anticipate and constantly switch from attack to defense. It also hones our hand-eye coordination skill, crucial in a sport like water polo.

For girls, if you lack experience, fret not! Your passion to learn this new sport will do the job!

With the guidance of our experienced coaches and dedicated teachers-in-charge, we swim hard, play hard, and forge strong friendships in and out of the pool as we fight together.
