Requirements
In most sports, strength, speed and agility are required. However, shooting demands stability, calmness and micro-coordination. Not only do shooters require high levels of psychophysical abilities, the technical aspects: the quality of rifles, ammunition, equipment and working conditions also affect the shooter’s results.
The shooting technique consists of many elements: shooting position, aiming, pulling the trigger, breathing, follow through and stance.
