About MAD

Got an unyielding passion for dance? Join Music and Dance (MAD) to discover and develop your skills and strengths!

Our MAD family is made up of three divisions: Chinese (MADC), Modern (MADern) and MAD Street. Each has flourished under the expertise of our respective instructors. Within each division, ample time and space is given for our dancers to nurture their fundamental skills in dance and character, as well as to forge tight bonds with CCA mates.

MADC constantly grows under the guidance of Ms Xiao Jing, an accomplished dancer and choreographer who has produced extraordinary results in her field. Mr Dan Kwoh, an award-winning contemporary dance choreographer, has led MADern to astonishing heights over the years, while An An, an esteemed choreographer and Hip Hop instructor from the renowned dance company O School, has invested her hard work & heart-work to shape MAD Street into what it is today.

MAD places importance on the values of resilience, teamwork, connections, passion for dance and the stage, as well as the development of excellence in each dance genre. As long as you house a strong, unwavering interest in dance, MAD is the CCA for you! Though we train as three separate divisions normally, MAD remains close-knit as we navigate JC life together. We are a big family that shares a common interest in forging memories through our many interdivisional activities, so be prepared to try out many new and different genres in your journey here! There will also be numerous performance opportunities for all dancers throughout your time here with key events featuring SYF & Dance Night.

So, are you ready to ride the wave alongside your fellow dancers? Come join our MAD family now!
